"Got the wrong jacket, unfortunately"
I ordered a black jacket in a large, but what showed up was a navy one in a medium. The weird part is the packing slip had the right color and size, so I was like okay, maybe this is just a one-off mistake, or actually no, it’s still frustrating.
Customer service did get back to me, but it took a couple days and they asked me to send photos before anything could move forward. The return label was easy enough once they sent it, but I needed the jacket for a trip, so the timing made the whole thing way more annoying.
The jacket itself looked nice from what I could tell, so I don’t want to say everything was bad, but the order accuracy definitely missed the mark for me. I might order again, but only if I’m not in a rush and have time to deal with a possible mix-up.
"Expected better for the price"
I really wanted to like this jacket because it looked great on moose-knuckle.com, but once it arrived, it didn’t feel as premium as I expected. The material was kind of stiff and cheaper-feeling than the photos made it seem.
After only a few wears, the stitching by the pocket started coming loose, and the zipper feels rough instead of smooth. For what it costs, I expected much better quality and craftsmanship, so I’m disappointed and wouldn’t buy again...

"A preventable disappointment"
I just don’t think this was worth the money. It felt way too overpriced for what you actually get, which made the whole thing feel like a preventable letdown.

"Still waiting for that refund"
I might be forgetting the exact day I requested it, but I definitely know the refund never showed back up. I’ve checked my account a few times and nothing has come through yet, which is frustrating.

"Checkout worked, but it should’ve been smoother"
The checkout did go through in the end, but it was slower than I expected and I had to reload once before my payment actually worked. For a pricey order, I feel like the process really ought to be more reliable, it’s only fair when customers are spending that much. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just a bit frustrating. The confirmation email came through quickly though, so that part was good.

"Not impressed, and I’m not sure what to do next"
I was disappointed with this jacket. It felt a lot thinner than I expected, and after wearing it only a short time, some of the stitching started coming loose. I tried looking for what the next step is for a return or exchange, but it wasn’t very clear, which made the whole thing even more frustrating.

"Easy enough to use"
The site was easy to get around. Pages loaded fine for me, no issues there. The product photos were clear, and checkout was simple enough. Not confusing at all. I do wish the filters worked a little better though, especially for sizes and colors. Had to click around more than I expected. Still, a good experience overall.

I tried reaching out to customer service twice about my order and didn’t hear anything for days. When they finally did reply, it was basically a copy-paste response that didn’t really help. Super frustrating tbh, I won’t be ordering from here again.

"Don’t waste your time with the warranty"
I filed a warranty claim thinking it would be straightforward, but the whole process was a headache. Replies took forever, and after all that waiting, they basically told me it wasn’t covered. It really felt like no one was interested in helping at all. Save your time and be careful buying from them, I definitely won’t be again

"Sizing was way off for me!!"
I ordered my usual medium, but the fit was just strange!! It was way too tight in the shoulders and somehow loose around the waist. The size chart didn’t really help, so that was frustrating. The return went fine, but for the price, I expected a better fit

"Really disappointed with the shipping"
I ordered this weeks ago and it still ended up arriving late. The tracking barely updated the whole time, so I had no idea what was going on. the wait was frustrating enough, but the lack of communication made me lose trust in ordering from them again.

"Looks good, but not warm enough"
I bought this hoping it would be my go-to jacket for winter, but it’s just okay. It looks nice and fits fine, but once it gets really cold or windy, I start feeling the chill quickly.
The insulation also feels a little uneven, especially in the arms, which stay colder than the rest of me. I even tried reaching out with a question and got transferred around, which was annoying. For the price, I expected it to be a lot warmer. Not awful, but I wouldn’t buy it again for real winter weather.

"My delivery still hasn’t arrived"
I placed the order two weeks ago and I’m still waiting for it to show up. I remember because the delivery was supposed to come the same day I found a random purple sock stuck to my mailbox, and somehow the sock arrived before my package did. Frustrating at this point.

The jacket showed up with the tags still on and it looks authentic to me. Shipping was a little Slow, but other than that I’m happy with it.

"Packaging was a mess when it arrived"
I just got this order the first thing I noticed was how beat up the box was. It was crushed, the tape was peeling off, and the bag inside was dirty like it had been dragged across the floor. Maybe the product itself is fine, but based on how it showed up today, I’m disappointed. For the price, I expected much better packaging.

I liked this at first, but the zipper broke after only a few wears, which was really disappointing for the price. I reached out about it and felt like nobody actually read what I wrote, because the response didn’t really address the issue. Definitely not worth what I paid

"Stock updates could be better"
I tried ordering a jacket from moose-knuckle.com that showed as in stock, but after I checked out, I got an email saying it was actually sold out. To be fair, I get that inventory can move fast, especially with popular sizes, but it was still frustrating.
The annoying part is that it happened twice with different sizes, so it wasn’t just a one-off for me. When you think you finally found the jacket you want, it’s a letdown to find out the site wasn’t accurate. They really need to improve how often the stock info updates.
